Why do you get up in
the morning?
What unites your team?
Do you know where you’re
going and how to get there?
Have you found your ikigai?

What is ikigai?

It’s the Japanese word to describe your ‘reason for being’ or ‘sense of purpose’.
It’s the principle at the heart of why and how I coach.

When you picture where you want to be and what you want to achieve, how clear is it?
Does it seem out of reach?

Here’s the thing – it isn’t. But it might take some figuring out and that’s where coaching comes in.

“Don’t ask what the world
needs. Ask what makes you
come alive and do that…
Because what the world really
needs is people who have
come alive.”

Howard W Thurman

Why coaching?

Ikigai coaching has the power to unlock your potential so you can excel.  Like anything that’s worthwhile, it can be challenging but the results are worth it and you’ll walk away with more clarity, direction and focus.

We will work together to identify your strengths, tap into your values, and connect with your why.

For you this means:

  • More confidence, energy and motivation.
  • A greater sense of fulfillment.
  • Less stress and frustration.
  • Being more effective.
  • Stronger relationships.

For your business this means:

  • Clear direction and collective purpose.
  • Deeper understanding of each person’s strengths and how they bring value to the team.
  • Less frustration and greater collaboration.
  • More productive conversations.
  • Greater motivation and engagement.

In short, ikigai coaching strengthens you from the inside out.

“Strategy is about making
choices; it’s about deliberately
choosing to be different.”

Michael Porter
