I provide innovative strengths-based coaching to support people who want to shift up a gear, stand out and shine. Why?

Through developing others and observing how people work together, one thing has become clear. When something has value for us, it changes everything – our perception, our approach, our motivation and the ease with which we handle challenges.

When we’re able play to our strengths and be ourselves, we contribute more freely, are more creative and feel at our best. Whilst the challenges don’t go away, we embrace them readily and bounce back quickly. We are stronger.

On the other hand, when we’re disconnected from the value and meaning of what we do, or we’re expected to behave in a way that doesn’t feel authentic, it takes more energy to get results. We become stressed, frustrated, dis-engaged and relationships malfunction. It impacts our performance in work, our overall sense of well-being and happiness in our wider lives. We are weaker.

I don’t know about you, but enabling people to do more of what they’re naturally geared towards seems like a bit of a no-brainer to me.

So, I’m on a mission to help people create their own conditions for success and maximise their potential, passion and performance.

By nature, we’re all different. What inspires you may not inspire others. So I work with you to create a programme that’s as unique as you are. Whether that’s one to one coaching or a blend of workshops, team and individual coaching.

I blend the best of applied neuro-linguistic programming, neuroscience and a kit-bag full of robust, creative tools to ensure my approach is fresh and engaging.

My aim is to stimulate different thinking so you’ll be inspired to take different action.

“Twenty years from now you will be more
disappointed by the things you didn’t do
than by the ones you did. So throw off the
bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor.
Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore.
Dream. Discover.”

Mark Twain

In a world fixated with weakness, it’s sometimes good to focus on what’s working.  A strengths-based approach does that by identifying your areas of greatest potential.  It also accelerates the learning processes and puts the tools right in your hands. It is very transparent. That’s important because it makes learning about yourself and others easy.

Together, we’ll dig deep to learn how you respond in different situations and how to build on what comes naturally to you.  We wont ignore weakness.  In fact, understanding frustrations and habitual patterns of unhelpful behaviour is part of the journey.

In a team, a strengths-based approach is a great way to understand each other, improve communication and appreciate the unique contribution each person makes to the success of the whole.

Developing greater self-awareness facilitates greater trust in yourself and others. Click here to find out more.

Learning happens best when people are able to make sense of their experience. Coaching does that by enabling you to get clarity on issues that matter to you in the moment, so you can make stronger decisions about the action to take.

Coaching is more than a process. It’s an open, collaborative relationship. A vehicle to inspire growth and enable change. It’s a relationship that puts you in the driving seat.

Simply put coaching is a conversation with intention. You decide the intention and we work together to make it reality.
